Isle Of Jura Cask Edition Rum Cask Finish is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Isle Of Jura, the only distillery on the remote Isle of Jura, an island of one road, one pub and around two hundred people. This expression is finished in rum casks for tropical sweetness. The palate delivers soft honey, layered with dried fruit and a finish of coffee. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. A limited bottling that belongs on any collector’s shelf. With roots going back to 1810, it carries real heritage in every bottle.
