This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Warming spice, vanilla and inviting depth.
Palate: Golden honey, joined by orchard fruit, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on gentle smoke.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
