Kavalan’s inaugural 15-year-old single malt is a tribute to the subtropical essence of Taiwan, inspired by the island’s vibrant tropical fruit aromas. Kavalan 15 Years Old Time Exploration Series 2025 aged in four distinct cask types: hand-selected ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, ruby port barrels and puncheons. The whisky is crafted in small batches. Each cask brings its own character to the harmonious blend, unveiling a rich bouquet and layered complexity. On the palate, it delivers a robust profile with notes of caramel, chocolate and candied fruits, complemented by hints of toffee and dried fruits, culminating in delicate citrus aromas and a warm embrace of woody spices.
