Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt whisky. It comes from Kavalan, Taiwan’s trailblazing distillery, whose subtropical climate matures whisky at remarkable speed to world-beating quality. This expression is matured in sherry-seasoned oak for extra richness of dried fruit and spice. Expect vanilla cream, honey and exotic spice on an elegant palate. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. A newer name doing things its own way, and winning admirers fast.
