Laphroaig An Cuan Mor is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Laphroaig, the most uncompromising of Islay distilleries, whose intensely smoky, medicinal malts inspire devotion worldwide.

This release is bottled at 48%.

Nose: A surprising sweetness at the core, bold peat smoke and inviting depth.
Palate: Sea salt, joined by tar and ash, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on seaweed and iodine.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
