Macallan 18 Years Old 2020 Double Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Ginger and cinnamon spice, polished oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Orange zest, joined by dark chocolate, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla and toffee.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
