Macallan 18 Years Old 2022 Double Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Polished oak, dried fruits and inviting depth.
Palate: Ginger and cinnamon spice, joined by orange zest, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla and toffee.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
