Macallan 2022 Classic Cut 70cl

Macallan 2022 Classic Cut is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2022. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release was bottled at 52.5%, at natural colour.

Nose: Orange zest, dried fruits and inviting depth.
Palate: Rich sherried sweetness, joined by dark chocolate, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on vanilla and toffee.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
