Macallan Concept #2 is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Rich sherried sweetness, vanilla and toffee and inviting depth.
Palate: Polished oak, joined by dried fruits, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on orange zest.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
