Macallan Edition N.5 70cl

Macallan Edition N.5 is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release was bottled at 48.5%, at natural colour.

Nose: Ginger and cinnamon spice, dark chocolate and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla and toffee, joined by rich sherried sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on polished oak.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
