Macallan Harmony Collection Guardian Oak is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 44.2%.

Nose: Polished oak, ginger and cinnamon spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla and toffee, joined by rich sherried sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on orange zest.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
