Ron Edmundo Dantes 25 Years Old Rum is an aged rum. It comes from Ron Edmundo Dantes, the rare Cuban rum named after the Count of Monte Cristo, produced in Santiago de Cuba.
This release is bottled at 40%.
Nose: Oak, aged tobacco and inviting depth.
Palate: Cuban elegance, joined by coffee, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on dried fruit.
Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
