Scapa 16 Years Old 70cl

Scapa 16 Years Old is a 16 year old island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Scapa, Orkney’s quieter distillery, producing honeyed, unpeated island malt beside Scapa Flow.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Sea air, silky malt and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla, joined by heather honey, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on ripe pear.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
