Talisker 57North is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Talisker, the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, shaped by its wild maritime location — “made by the sea”.

This release is bottled at 57.0%.

Nose: Black pepper, a warming chilli catch and inviting depth.
Palate: Sea salt, joined by sweet malt, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on maritime smoke.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
