The distillery, founded in 1824, is the distillery that started it all — the first licensed in the parish of Glenlivet, setting the benchmark for the smooth, fruity Speyside style. Expect ripe orchard fruit, gentle almond and citrus blossom on a well-balanced palate. A dram to sip slowly, neat or with just a splash of water.
