The Glenlivet XXV 25 Years Old 70cl

The Glenlivet XXV 25 Years Old is a 25 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Glenlivet, the distillery that started it all — the first licensed in the parish of Glenlivet, setting the benchmark for the smooth, fruity Speyside style.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Ripe orchard fruit, clean oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Citrus blossom, joined by soft vanilla, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on gentle almond.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
