Zacapa La Armonia 23 Years Old Heavenly Cask 70cl

Zacapa La Armonia 23 Years Old Heavenly Cask is an aged rum. It comes from Zacapa, the Guatemalan masterpiece aged in the “House Above the Clouds” at 2,300 metres via solera.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Dried fruit, vanilla and inviting depth.
Palate: Velvety richness, joined by dark chocolate, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on spiced oak.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
