Caol Ila Moch is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky. The distillery, founded in 1846, is Islay’s hidden giant on the Sound of Islay, whose elegant smoke is prized by blenders and malt lovers alike. In the glass it offers olive oil smoothness and fresh peat smoke, with sea spray on the finish. A dram to sip slowly, neat or with just a splash of water.
