Jameson is an Irish whiskey. The distillery, founded in 1780, is the world’s best-selling Irish whiskey, triple distilled in the Dublin tradition for signature smoothness. Expect orchard fruit, toasted wood and vanilla on a generous palate. A dram to sip slowly, neat or with just a splash of water. The generous 100cl bottle offers excellent value. Hints of smooth honey add further depth as it opens in the glass. Try it alongside blue cheese, dried figs or a square of dark chocolate. One to open on occasions that deserve something better than the everyday.
