Lagavulin 8 Years Old 200th Anniversary Edition is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Lagavulin, one of Islay’s most revered distilleries, whose rich, deeply smoky malts define the island for many.

Nose: Long smoky sweetness, lapsang tea and inviting depth.
Palate: Dark chocolate, joined by maritime salt, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on thick peat smoke.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
