Macallan 15 Years Old Triple Cask 70cl

Macallan 15 Years Old Triple Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Orange zest, vanilla and toffee and inviting depth.
Palate: Dried fruits, joined by rich sherried sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on ginger and cinnamon spice.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
