Macallan 2020 Classic Cut is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2020. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 55%.

Nose: Dark chocolate, polished oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Orange zest, joined by rich sherried sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on vanilla and toffee.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
