Macallan Fine Oak 21 Years Old GB is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Ginger and cinnamon spice, orange zest and inviting depth.
Palate: Rich sherried sweetness, joined by polished oak, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on dark chocolate.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
