Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 44.2%.

Nose: Dark chocolate, ginger and cinnamon spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla and toffee, joined by polished oak, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on dried fruits.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
