Talisker 25 Years Old 70cl

Talisker 25 Years Old is a 25 year old island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Talisker, the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, shaped by its wild maritime location — “made by the sea”.

This release is bottled at 45.8%.

Nose: Maritime smoke, black pepper and inviting depth.
Palate: Dried fruit, joined by sweet malt, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on sea salt.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
