Talisker Skye 70cl

Talisker Skye is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Talisker, the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, shaped by its wild maritime location — “made by the sea”. Expect sweet malt, a warming chilli catch and dried fruit on a smooth palate. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. With roots going back to 1830, it carries real heritage in every bottle. With time and a drop of water, maritime smoke comes to the fore. Try it alongside blue cheese, dried figs or a square of dark chocolate. A bottle that earns a permanent place on the home bar.
