It comes from Tomatin, a Highland distillery with a soft, fruity signature style, once Scotland’s largest. This expression is finished in fine wine casks, adding vinous fruit and elegance. Notes of gentle oak, honey and buttery toffee run through to a satisfying finish. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely.
