Nose: Vanilla, rounded oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Sherried sweetness, joined by cinnamon, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on citrus zest.
Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
