Isle Of Jura 21 Years Old 70cl

Isle Of Jura 21 Years Old is a 21 year old island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Isle Of Jura, the only distillery on the remote Isle of Jura, an island of one road, one pub and around two hundred people.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Coffee, walnut and inviting depth.
Palate: Soft honey, joined by gentle coastal smoke, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on light brine.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
