Balvenie 15 Years Old Sherry Cask Single Barrel is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Balvenie, a byword for craftsmanship, maintaining its own floor maltings, coppersmiths and coopers to this day.

This release was bottled at 47.8%, with an outturn of just 800 bottles.

Nose: Rich dried fruit and polished mahogany, gentle spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Sherried fruitcake and dark chocolate, joined by vanilla oak, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on lingering sherry spice.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: only 800 bottles exist; its single cask identity makes every bottle part of a finite run. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
