Macallan 21 Years Old Fine Oak is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Dried fruits, dark chocolate and inviting depth.
Palate: Ginger and cinnamon spice, joined by vanilla and toffee, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on polished oak.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
